21+21 liter electric wells: This fryer works electric and offers two deep wells with a capacity of 18+18 litres. This allows you to fry large quantities of food at once, ideal for commercial environments.
Functional superstructure: The superstructure is composed of an inclined level that allows the insertion of containers with a perforated false bottom. These containers are useful for containing both foods to be fried and those already fried. The perforated false bottom helps maintain the fragrance of the food and allows salting directly inside the containers.
Upper Level: The upper level of the superstructure acts as a support surface and is equipped with a halogen light system (optional) which can be used to keep the fried products underneath warm.</p >
