PREAMBLE

• The general terms and conditions of sale and use hereunder transcribed (hereafter referred as "General Conditions") apply only to the Italian and foreign territory to all sales (hereinafter referred as "services" or "service") provided by ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT, Through its own domain WWW.ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT (hereinafter referred as "site").

• b) acepted the General Conditions;

• c) created an account on ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT, as described below in section 2.1.

• The General Conditions will also apply to new types of services, which will be provided in the future by ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT, unless otherwise provided at the time of registration or the first new service furniture.

3. PRECONTRACTIVE INFORMATION

3.1.1 to conclude the purchase agreement of one or more products on the site, the user will have to follow the instructions given on the site and accompany the various stages of the purchase;

3.1.2 the contract is concluded when ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT records the order, after verifying the correctness of order data, product availability and payment;

3.1.3 Before proceeding to the order the user will be able to identify and correct any errors in the insertion of the data, indicating them at the email address info@arrediattrezzature.it;

3.1.4 The order will be stored in the ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT database for the time required to complete the order and, in any case, within the terms of the law. To access your order, you can consult the "Order History" section of the site where you will find a list of all purchases made.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

4.1 All prices on the website are expressed in Euro (€) and are excluded from VAT, transport and testing. The contribution to order and delivery expenses is explicitly indicated and is excluded from VAT. This amount will be shown separately on the order before sending it.

4.2 The user will be charged the price of the product indicated on the site when the order will be send to him.

4.3 The products will remain owned by ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT until payment of the purchase price and expense of the user.

4.4 In the case of payments by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal, ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT will only take over the order after receiving the full amount due, consisting of the purchase price, shipping costs and any additional charges as indicated in the order.

4.5 If the customer wishes to cancel the contract within seven days of the order, he / she is required to pay the shipping / commission fee.

4.6 ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT reserves the right not to confirm orders from users with whom disputes are pending or in the case provided by art. 5.1. 

4.7 The customer will be responsible and will take care of testing, installation and assembly

5. AVAILABILITY

5.1 The products offered on the site are limited and can be sold at discounted prices. It may then happen that the ordered product is no longer available after the purchase order has been registered.

In any case of unavailability of the ordered product, the user will be promptly informed by email and the order will be partially deleted or partially excluded with the exclusion of unavailable items. If payment has already been made, ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT will reimburse the amount paid by the user, including fees for order settlement and shipping costs, immediately, and in any case within thirty days after the day the order was sent. Refund of the sum will be partial and will only include the amount of non available product if the order includes the purchase of other available products.

The amount of the refund will be communicated by email, and will be credited on the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer.

5.2 ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT disclaims any liability for any delays in the accreditation that depend on the bank or type of credit card used for the payment or from the times of the damage assessment by the insurance company in the event that the products arrive damaged. In any case, the currency date of the re-accredited amount will be the same as the debit.

5.3 The goods ready for delivery will be shipped within 10 working days following the payment being credited; for goods not ready for delivery the wait varies from 10 to 45 working days. Delivery times remain indicative and depend on the working hours and days of the partners we rely on. Under no circumstances may a refund be requested from Arrediattrezzature.it for delivery delays, nor can the delay be a reason for cancelling the contract. Any complaints for delivery delays must be forwarded directly to the carrier. In case of refusal to receive the goods, unilateral cancellation of the contract being excluded, the amount already paid will in any case be retained as a confirmation deposit, without prejudice to the right of Arrediattrezzature.it to demand the balance not yet given.

6. DELIVERY

ArrediAttrezzature.it delivers in the hole Italian and foreign territory through express courier. We work continuously to always offer the best service at the best price.

6.1 The deliveries are made in the Italian and foreign territory, at the address indicated when ordering.

6.2 Delivery times vary depending on the type of transport (courier and shipment). The customer accepts with his order the type indicated and the delivery time indicated in the General Conditions. For courier orders, delivery is scheduled within thirty working days from the date of delivery of the order.

6.3 Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, in normal office hours, excluding national holidays. Lastly, if the selected items have different delivery dates, the shipping period of the entire order will refer to the item with the expected delivery over a longer time, unless otherwise agreed by email.

6.4 In case of impending delivery due to major force ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT will contact you via email to inform you of the delay in delivery time. ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT can not be held liable in any way for any delays due to third parties or for causes of major force.

6.5 Delivery is deemed to be completed at the time the product is made available to the user at the address specified in the order, until the so-called first closed door. Arrediattrezzature.it   specifies that porterage is excluded from the delivery rules, as the carrier is required to unload the package only at the end of the truck. If the tail lift service is not possible, the goods will be unloaded on the pavement.

6.6 The customer, IN EVERY CASE, has to sign with control reserve, even if the packaging is unbroken, if the packaging presents obvious signs of tampering, breakage or alteration, the customer has the responsibility to report it to the courier at the time of delivery by signing "WITH CONTROL RESERVE" and describe in detail the damage next to the signature for acceptance of the goods. Below are some examples of control reserve to be written next to your signature: "You accept with due cause bark box"; "You accept with due consideration damaged packaging"; " You accept with due cause wet box"; "You accept a damaged packing case". It is essential that the both documents the above mentioned terms and the delivery document are counter-signed by both the customer and the carrier.

Once the damage is caused during transport, the customer is obligated to report it to ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT within 2 (two) days of receipt of the product by e-mail, together with photographic documentation of the packaging and damaged product. Please keep the pack until fully checked for neck integrity. In case of replacement, the packaging will be reused by the customer to avoid shipping damage to our warehouses. Without packing it will not be possible to pick up.

If the customer has not followed any of the aforementioned instructions for any reason, it will not be possible to initiate withdrawal and replacement procedures or to provide extra discount for the damage suffered.

7. RECESS

7.1 The user who has purchased products through the site has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, unless otherwise specified. In the case of the purchase of more than one item by single order but delivered separately, the 14 day period starts from the date of receipt of each individual product ordered. The withdrawal can be exercised by giving notice of the it by email with receipt of the email sent to ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT, at the following address info@ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT, the decision to withdraw from the contract through an explicit declaration indicating the order number, the invoice number, code and quantity of the items, whether the withdrawal is partial (only in case of purchase of multiple items) or total and the bank details to obtain the refund transfer (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code of the invoice holder).

7.2 The goods must be returned intact in the original properly sealed packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, internal protections, external protections, wooden pallets and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, assembly equipment, etc.) to the address indicated by ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT via courier appointed by the Customer.

7.3 In accordance with the art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT will refund the user within 14 days only after having verified the integrity of the returned product. The refund amount will be credited to the current account of the invoice holder, unless otherwise agreed with the user. Shipping costs and any customs fees relating to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the Customer.

7.4 ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT, after having verified the integrity of the goods, will proceed within 14 days of return to credit the value of the product/s, retaining exclusively the amount of shipping costs, additional services and any cash on delivery costs incurred for the delivery of the goods. goods at the Customer's premises and indicated on the accompanying invoice.

The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product.

7.5 The shipment for the return of the material, until confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer. In the event of damage to the goods during return transport, ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT will notify the customer of the incident (within 10 working days of receiving the goods), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund the value of the property (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for return and at the same time the request for withdrawal and therefore reimbursement will be cancelled. ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by shipments not insured by the Customer.

7.6 The right of withdrawal is totally lost due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain available to the Customer for collection at his expense. The right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised in the case of supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods. The right of withdrawal is also NOT exercisable if the customer is not identifiable as a private individual.

ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT has the exclusive right to grant exceptions to the aforementioned rules.

7.8 Foreign shipping: The shipping price varies based on the selected country.

8. PAYMENT

8.1 The payment of the ordered products can be done in these ways: Early Banking, Bank Transfer + Cash, PayPal / Credit Card / Prepaid Card.

8.1.1. Bank Transfer: On ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT you can pay by bank transfer. At the time of payment you must have the bank's BIC code and all the data you need to access the HomeBanking system. The order and  shipment of the goods will take place after receipt of the payment.

8.1.2 Bank transfer + Cash payment (only in Italian territory): You can pay a 30% deposit on your order by bank transfer. The rest can be delivered directly to the courier in cash (for amounts up to €1.990,00 euro).

8.1.3 PayPal / Credit Card / Prepaid Card: You can use your credit card, prepaid card or Paypal account. This payment method entails an additional customer charge of 4% of the total amount of the order.

9. WARRANTIES AND NON-CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS

9.1 All products sold on the site, applies to lack of conformity of the product and is valid for 12 months from purchase. The customer is required to check the goods and their functioning within 2 (two) days of delivery. Any defects already present upon delivery of the material must be reported to ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT within 2 days of receipt of it by e-mail to info@arrediattrezzature.it, indicating the article code, details and photographs of the defect found.

ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT will agree with the customer for the removal of the defective material to verify the defects claimed. The guarantee product must be returned by the customer in the original sealed and complete package in all its parts. ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT will arrange the return shipping and the delivery of the repaired product or replaced by warranty service, but in any case the transport costs will be borne by the customer. The customer must keep the original packaging and all the documentation received until the product warranty is declined.

ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT does not guarantee the damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

9.2 The description of the products offered on the site is what the suppliers, under their own responsibility, have communicated to ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT. The images and colors of the products published on the site may differ from the real ones due to the differences in color rendering by internet browsing software and / or display screens. ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT therefore cannot be held responsible for the incorrectness of the photographs that appear on the site.  10. OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT

10.1 ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT undertakes to correct any errors in the description of the products offered on the site, as soon as possible, from the reporting of the same. The reporting of such errors can be made by contacting the ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT customer service at info@ARREDIATTREZZATURE.it

10.2 ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT is not liable for damages of any nature arising from the installation and / or use of the product improperly and / or not in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer and in the event of a casualty or major force.

10.3 ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT will not be liable for any loss of revenue, profits, data or any other indirect damages of any kind resulting from or otherwise related to the contracts subject to the General Conditions.

10.4 In any case, ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT's liability may not exceed the total value of the purchase order.

10.5 ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT may not be held liable for failure to comply with any of the obligations arising out of the General Terms and Conditions in the event that default is caused by chance and / or major force, including, for example to natural catastrophes, network malfunctions and / or blackouts.

11. SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICE

11.1 ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the provision of services for the time strictly necessary for technical and / or appropriate technical interventions to improve the quality of the same services.

11.2 ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT may, at any time, break the provision of the service if security reasons or confidentiality violations arise, giving the user notice to that effect. 

12. CONTENT OF THE SITE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

12.1The contents of ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT such as, for example works, images, photographs, dialogues, music, sounds and videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos and any other material , in any format published on the site, including menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, fonts, and website design, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property right of ARREDIATTREZZATURE.IT and other rights holders.
