Our Refrigerated Cabinets for Aging are all equipped with a glass door to directly follow the maturation and maturation of the products, they allow to obtain a controlled and safe environment thanks to the exterminating UV lamp, of fundamental importance to avoid bacterial proliferation . They are equipped with monitors for constant temperature, humidity and ventilation control and a water collection tray, they do not require a water connection.

The meat maturation process is carried out using specific and adequately sized refrigerated cabinets where the temperature, humidity, pH value and maturation duration are determining factors for obtaining a quality product . In practice, by changing the temperature and humidity within a protected and completely germ-free environment, after a suitably selected period of time, the meat turns out to be much more tender.

Our Refrigerated Cabinets intended for Aging are design products with an external structure in black painted sheet metal, internal parts in antibacterial ABS, support and hooks in AISI 304 stainless steel, door opening sensor and acoustic warning light for signaling faults.< /p>
