Conical rounder machine shapes the dough thanks to a cone made of aluminium and the aluminium sleeves around which spirally surrounds. The dough coming from volumetric dough divider drops into the aluminium input chute. Thanks to the flouring system, the dough is prevented from sticking on the drum by optionally blowing hot or cold air to the chutes.
