Professional 10-tray GN 1/1 touch screen blast chiller
This blast chiller is a versatile and very useful appliance for storing food in a professional setting, thanks to its ability to guarantee correct food storage, avoiding waste and guaranteeing its safety.
It has a capacity of ten GN 1/1 trays, which can contain a large amount of food, and the touch screen display allows easy and intuitive management of all the blast chiller functions, such as the selection of temperature and blast chilling time and is part of the national industry 4.0 plan.
