These versions have the upper roller assembly parallel to the lower roller for the production of circular or rectangular bases. The controls are digital. The lightly flamed ball is manually inserted between the rollers through the upper cap nozzle and automatically a base will be produced that manually reaches the rectangular shape, ideal for baking in a pan. If at the output of the upper roller assembly the dough is manually rotated half way by the operator, you will get a dough disc.
