Indirect, delicate and long cooking is made easier by being able to select 14 power levels, with wide modularity especially at low levels divided as follows: 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,40,50,60 ,70,80,90,100%.

Equipped with independent generators, 1 for each zone, to facilitate assistance and costs.

The boiling time for 1 liter of water is approximately 2 minutes, starting from a water temperature of 20°C and without the lid. If the plate is turned on without a compatible pan resting on it, or if it no longer detects a compatible pan, it shows the error (---) and resets the power supplied.

The plate returns to delivering power, to the level set before it was switched off, if it detects a compatible pan within 10 minutes, otherwise it switches off. The induction plates guarantee consistent energy savings, excellent performance, better working conditions.
