Polished aluminum frame with stainless steel hopper - fully extractable stainless steel grinding unit - ø 52 mm meat inlet mouthpiece - oil-filled gear reducer - supplied enterprice system with stainless steel plate (ø 6 mm holes) and stainless steel knife self-sharpening. The part of the grating is characterized by: polished aluminum mouth - stainless steel roller - lower protection grid - lever presser microswitch for grating.
Optional: Unger system for finely ground (eg würstel) - reverse gear.
Accessories: Perforated plates and knives - Funnels for bagging ø 15mm / 20mm / 30mm.
