Simple to use, our professional ice-cream makers are ideal machines for the production of artisan ice cream for restaurants, catering and communities. Totally built in AISI 304 stainless steel, small to be easily placed in small spaces and differentiate between them for their production capacity. The refrigeration and mixing plant is suitable for long-lasting and continuous use so you can get more taste in a short time. The fixed basket and removable mixing blade are completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring ease of hygiene and robustness. The plungers are equipped with a 40 minute timer, refrigerator switch, mixer switch and Plex cover. Product density control is done with blade lock and ice cream ready.
