This is a professional pizza oven with electric power supply with front and door in stainless steel, with tempered glass, side walls in epoxy painted steel, top and base in galvanized, 14 mm refractory stones on the hob. They have evaporated rock wool insulation, mechanical thermometer, main switch, armored heating elements, room light and glass door. Temperature control by means of 2 mechanical thermostats. The oven is equipped with double low voltage lighting (12V) for better lighting. On request,
