Manual sheeter suitable for small spaces. They can work any type of pasta up to very thin thicknesses. The rolling cylinders are hard chromed, ground and polished. The scrapers are easily removable to allow cleaning. The bearings are all shielded to avoid flour infiltration.

The conveyor belts have variable speed to avoid wrinkles in the pastry. The shelves can be raised, in order to reduce the overall dimensions when the machine is at rest. The electrical system is low voltage and has dual control (manual and pedal). The guards are of the anti-accident type and are connected to the electrical system via limit switches.
