The professional aging and maturing cabinet with glass door is equipped with a humidity management function and remote control which gives you access to industry 4.0 tax breaks. Its operating mode is based on the reading of the temperature via probes: evaporator, humidity and cell in suction. This cabinet is ideal for drying, maturation and seasoning of cured meats.
The capacity of this cabinet is 60 kg for cured meats and 150 kg for anatomical pieces.
